  • No. I believe that lasting health changes take time, and a single session often isn't enough to achieve meaningful results. However, if you're a previous client and we've already worked together, I do offer the option of booking individual follow-up sessions to continue your progress.

  • For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, there will be no fee. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a full session fee charge.

  • No, because my goal is to give you the knowledge and skills to make smart food choices long after we’re done, so you’re never stuck wondering what do I eat now? again.

  • Between consultations, you’ll have access to email and WhatsApp support (during work hours) for any quick questions or concerns. I want to be there for you, because support and accountability matter. This isn’t a “see you in two weeks, good luck” kind of approach. If something feels unclear, overwhelming, or off track, you can reach out. You’re not doing this alone.

  • Consultations are conducted virtually via Zoom, allowing you to connect from anywhere.
